This conference will help to put together SMEs' owners, individuals will to establish companies, state authorities, business service providers and expats. With the join efforts of JCI Praha, we will show examples of proven strategies for the economic crisis, enabling better decisions based on more information, communicate efficiently, encourage networking and being able to navigate through hard times. Also to encourage Czech and European state authorities to provide SMEs with more support via direct funds, law modifications and overall better understanding of SMEs needs.
The conference will show maximum opportunities to SMEs on how they can cope with the economic crisis using 360° view namely managing corporate finance, adaptation of business planning & strategy, communication, marketing.
